Have you heard about the truism " jokes are half meant " ? If you have , do you believe ? If you have not , then now , you have read it , and maybe if you read , you will be able to think of your own jokes which can be half or full - means .

I gather some of the most popular jokes in the health and fitness over the Internet and having a laugh about them , I thought maybe I could say something that would prove that this joke born of reality is sometimes painful and bitter life .

It's really nice to have a slim body and a really fit , but not everyone is blessed with such . There are some people , no matter how much food they take , including calories , fat and all , who never gain weight or become obese . But for those who are blessed with a ton of excess fat and body weight , trimming down is one of the most difficult tasks in the world . Moreover, if the " exercise " and " diet " is a term foreign to them , it's funny how the analysis of the human body is set right :

I do not exercise at all . If God wanted me to touch my toes He would put them higher on my body .

Sometimes, at the lowest point of your weight loss campaign where not only your weight down and rest , especially your ego , has dropped down outside of the base , you find a way to entertain and dying ultra - bruising your ego . And one is to assume that each form is received in the community :

And who says that only those adults who have difficulty being friendly with exercise? Take a trip to the school PE schedule and you might be surprised to hear some outrageous joke comes from tots who do you support physical fitness :

My gym teacher told me to touch my toes . I said , " I do not have a relationship like that with my feet . Could I waved ? "
The reason is the most popular form of escape from the campaign towards getting fit and healthy . Here are some reasons that you might be shy to use once , twice or maybe more than three times :

And there are only a stubborn approach , the I- really - care - not - if - I - fat - or - slim attitudes that you might like to as a case of hope . It's actually very easy to say , after you hear this line , it's just :
I am not to work . My philosophy is no pain , no pain .
Getting fit and staying healthy is not funny - or is it ? One thing for sure is that it is not an easy task . It involves the determination , hard work and some time the lights on the side .
